Our promise to you
- To lodge your deposit with the Deposit Protection Service (DPS).
- Pay all charges for gas, electricity, water, sewage, internet services, council tax and the licence fee for the communal television.
- Provide a weekly cleaning service for the communal areas, regular gardener and external window cleaner.
- Keep the property and facilities provided in good repair and proper working order. Ensuring that all gas appliances are checked by a gas safe registered engineer annually.
- Install carbon monoxide detectors, heat sensors where appropriate and mains connected smoke alarms throughout.
- Carry out regular tests on all heat sensors, smoke alarms, fire door closures, fire extinguishers and fire blankets.
- Ensure all furniture provided adheres to the most up-to-date Furniture and Furnishings (Fire) (Safety) Regulations.
- Insure the property and the contents in it that belong to us.
- Resolve any problems within the property as soon as possible.
- Provide safe and comfortable living accommodation with proactive property management.
- As we do not use letting agents, all tenants are given a direct number to call us on.
- To provide high quality, affordable, all-inclusive, well-maintained house-share accommodation for working professionals.
